Hi, I’m enquiring about getting g my wife a new phone through my account, is this possible? If so, how do I go about it?

You just go on the website, and complete an order for a new handset and number, and pass the credit and affordability checks (there is no guarantee you will be accepted for another contract). 

And it will ask you to login.
