Solved: Amplicomms 7510i / wery loud setting

Hi

My Amplicomms clam shell phone has been working well. It has made it possible to make mobile phone calls and to receive them using the very LOUD VOLUME setting.

Last week I switched off the phone for the very first time and on switching it on again the red letters very loud volume have gone and so has the loud volume needed.

Ive tried you tube; the manual, etc but cannot find the right setting for this. I'd like the permanent volume rather than the side button.

Hi I did as described above . Didn't work. But did the same and pressed the ear symbol on the side of the phone. Het presto good sound , red letter on screen. How do I stop the query now its solved

Page 58 of the manual tells you how to turn boost on.

Hi M15. Thanks . Ive tried this again and noticed I hadn't set it correctly. However the red letters are not showing on screen. Someone will phone me tomorrow to check whether its a screen failure or whether I need to contact Amplicomms.
