I am trying to cancel my 3 months free Amazon extra with O2. It ends on 12th Jan. When I go to manage the extra via my account it doesn’t give me any options to cancel, it just says when it ends & the cost from 12th Jan. Any advice greatly received before I end up getting charged. Thank you.
