Hello, I have been offered an amazing update deal from an O2 telesales person, calling from ‭0800 952 4854‬ , has anyone taken up any of these offers?

I would make absolutely sure the offer is from O2 and not a 3rd party seller. You may find the offer is not as expected and could be a business contract. Our advice is never upgrade from a cold caller if it sounds too good to be true, there is probably some catch!

Call O2, don't take up that offer as they will state that they are calling on behalf of O2

I have just checked the number on Who Called Me.

It does appear to be O2 but suggests it's a 3rd party.

Ignore it. Block the number. Never take out a contract from a cold call. There is always a catch
