When O2 changed my tariff in rediness for my upgrade all my calls are coming through as ID witheld. Upgrade 2 days later with new sim, no difference. Use another o2 sim or one from another network provider no issues. I’ve been to Apple, phone is perfect, been to O2 shop, they can’t fix. Customer service at o2 beyond useless keep fobbing me off and wait 24hrs for this update and that. Doesn’t work.Manager in customer services gave me wrong number for a department, they try to transfer me and cut me off. I can see others have the same issue has anyone solved it. Done all the resets the internet and 02 suggests and nothing. Any help please

Yes it's coming up a lot lately and is an issue with O2
You need to contact them. Use social media if it is easier

Thank you so much. If they can’t resolve I’m afraid I’m gonna have to go to another provider which is a shame but what else can I do. Will let you know
