Has anyone else had trouble with their airtime rewards not coming off their bill. I applied it last month but to late for that month, so all month its said minus 20.00 so when this month's bill arrived (today) I expected my bill to be 20.00 less. But it's dissappeared and my normal monthly bill amount is sitting there waiting to be paid

I have Airtime Rewards, and it works just fine - I think that you're probably right about the cut-off time, and that it'll be there for your next bill.
All the same, take a look at your Airtime Rewards account, and check that you have entered your phone number and network name correctly - failing that, raise a query with them from within their app. ( More: Settings & Support: Help: Message Centre )

You need to call O2 on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call
