Full screen ads pop up every time I use my mobile does anyone no how to stop this please ?

@Chele The ads are probably connected to an app you downloaded. You'll have to try to figure out which app it is and delete it.

@Chele download Malware Bytes app from your app store and run it.

It will identify any spyware in apps which you should delete .

Delete any apps you have downloaded that coincided with your problem. Sometimes simply deleting the app doesn't get rid of the spyware. Malware checkers may get rid but in extreme cases nothing short of a factory reset will help you.
