Hi how do I update my address details on a dormant 02 account? I haven't used it for a couple of years, can still login to it but not amend anything. I want to order a new sim but it has my old address. Thanks

If you can't amend it in My O2 then you need to call customer service I'm afraid.

Yes just order a sim card online to the new address and use a different My O2.
