Hi,

Recently made an order for a pay monthly handset and SIM and had to wait for credit check, was sent an email saying that I had been accepted for the service (passed the credit check) at about 1pm but my basket was shown to be 'expired' on the website

Email also said to check my account to see what I need to do next, logged in but can't see anything I need to do

Any ideas? Thanks
