@Anonymous
Can I ask a question related to this. In the Subject to Access link it says
"Applications must be typed and signed by applicant on headed paper and include your client's name and full address, mobile number and the date range you wish us to cover. Call records can only be provided from the date of registration onwards.
Does this mean from registration of the account , ie when it was opened up ? Sorry if I've mis interpreted this part. 😔

Subject to access forms only apply to pay and go, so it's expected that there's no details on the "account", so O2 ask for the forms to be filled in, that way we have a formal request with proper account information. registration is when you have supplied your personal details to O2, or registered your name and address. This is proof of ownership.If you haven't done this then you need the original proof of purchase or your request will not be actioned.
