Accessing O2 order history

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I bought a phone for my birthday - late April, early May - and need proof of purchase now to get it repaired already by Motorola. However, I don't recall getting a confirmation email (if I did, I can't find it now) and I can't seem to access my order history anywhere on the O2 website. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Many thanks,

Jack

I'm assuming it was an upgrade / new order online ?

Look in any trash folders.

I would speak to O2 Cs on 202 pay monthly or 4445 Payg.

There's normally a link in MyO2 for previous orders, it's certainly in mine. Failing that you would need to contact customer service. I'm surprised Motorola can't trace it through the IMEI number though.

I've looked in trash folders, to no avail.

It was a new P&G order, yes.

Do you know where I can find the link, please?

They may be able to trace it through the IMEI.

Hi

Motorola should be able to check the phones history etc

Have they said why they need this paperwork and what for ?

Myo2 is accessible from the link at the top of this forum Page.

They just asked me to include a note with the usual name and return address, as well as the following: A copy of your proof of purchase (not the original)
