Hi,
Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I bought a phone for my birthday - late April, early May - and need proof of purchase now to get it repaired already by Motorola. However, I don't recall getting a confirmation email (if I did, I can't find it now) and I can't seem to access my order history anywhere on the O2 website. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
Many thanks,
Jack

Payg Myo2 is more restricted in what you can do than pay monthly. 😞
Call 4445.

Will the IMEI tell Motorola whom and from where the phone was bought? So they shouldn't really need a proof of purchase?
