I am so disappointed with the difficulty I have had porting my number over from EE. I initially requested the number port on 26th July and it is still not done. I have phoned the 02 helpline various times, I’ve been into the 02 shop twice which I live 45 minutes away from, and I have used the service on the app to try to port. Each person says the person before has not done it correctly! What is the problem?? I am absolutely at my wits end. Disgraceful service from 02. What can I do?
