Hi,
During my one month holiday in Guadeloupe I couldn’t use my data, and I should be compensated regarding this issue. I received several text messages saying that they’re working on it but until I left nothing has been done.

Could you please tell me more about that?

Best wishes

You will need to contact customer service directly and discuss any form of goodwill gesture with them.

What phone were you using?

If you have an iPhone, you need to ask customer service to add the iData bolt on to your account.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You can workaround it by changing your data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk" when abroad but the fix is to call customer service to add the iData bolt on.
