I been ringing up all morning and 03 keep putting phone down on me I wanna pay half of my bill and pay rest next week I also need to sort my bill out so its cheaper each month because  its fair to expensive each month costing me 90 pound a month witch is ridiculous  really can u help me

Try calling earlier in the day, @CarlyBunn - the best chance of getting through to the queue that plays music and leads to an operator answering is to call around 08:15 in the morning UK time.

I usually ring using hands-free on the mobile, with it plugged-in to the power and do other things while waiting for a person to answer. You can usually tell within about 60seconds if you have or have not made it onto the call queue.
