How can you get to complain about network coverage in your area, and ask when its going to improve? I have to stand in the kitchen window to get a signal most of the time, Today its been really poor and the signal keeps going completely.

@Jane3

You can check here for known issues O2 Service Status and report faults.

Another good resource is the My Network app https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Jane3 If you want to lodge a complaint, take a look here: https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain You won't, however, probably get much satisfaction, as there are many many reasons for signal issues, and O2 can just take their pick.

Hi @Jane3, and sorry to hear you've been having some issues with network recently!

The advice above should already help, but just to add to it, if you’re in an area which you’ve always had signal issues in, this could be due to our coverage levels or external factors such as building materials, interference, topography or others. If you have a 4G-Calling compatible handset, you can make calls over Wifi which may help as well.
