I got a deal for Amazon Extra through O2 but now I cannot get into my account on Amazon Music because O2 have not cancelled this or removed it according to Amazon Prime. They told me O2 had to cancel this so I can access it again, I'm paying for a service I can't get into because of O2

I also have no way of cancelling the auto renew. When I click the + then it just shows Prime and says minimum term ends 23rd July 2023.
I have just changed tariff and want to get the Amazon Prime extra, but how on earth do I make sure that it doesn't carry on for another month after 23rd July???
