The O2 website experience is truly dreadful.
I have added a new device/number for my teenage son, to my existing plan.
I have not redeemed by old plan and obviously not sought to transfer my own mobile number to this new device.
Is the system sophisticated enough to understand that I now have two active plans running?
Will my existing plan/number be unaffected?

Probably best to check with O2.
You need to contact O2.
