Solved: 700483551 order not received

Can you help? I ordered my iphone6 and a gel case bundle at the same time. Phone arrived as expected but as yet no case bundle and no word on dispatch . Order number 700483551.

Phones dispatched by courier, accessories are sent by royal mail.
Expect a few days difference between each arriving.
