Hi, I got a new pay monthly contract plan and chose to get free Disney+ subscription for 6months. But I am not able to see the offer in my priority rather seeing save £2/ month. Can you please help

You should get an email about your extra @Amy25

If you have not had that then you would need to contact customer services.
