iv just noticed that when I have the setting in my phone thats under mobile network turned on for 5g lte 3g 2g auto connet my 4g speeds are very slow but if I turn the setting to lte 3g 2g auto connect my 4g speeds are very good.can any one one help on why having the 5g mode on would slow my 4g speeds even when I'm connected to the same 4g mast?? A bit strange if you ask me

That is rather strange. Your phone should always connect to the strongest signal which will more than likely be 4G as 5G is very localised. You shouldn’t noticed a speed variance though. What phone are you using?

I'm using note 10 5g iv had a talk with a o2 chap and he said that's strange, I get around 2-4mb down with 5g setting turned on and around 15-17mb down with it turned off and this is all off of the same mast which has no 5g on it
