Can't get 4g in Cheadle stoke on trent or at rocester st145jp
o2 crap no signal promise but never happens

Not too surprising as O2 don't have 4G in those locations yet!

Were you told that you would?

Hi,

The service checker does say you should get good 3G signal.

Are you at least receiving that ?

If not try cleaning your sim card and or try it in another handset if possible to rule out your primary handset as an issue.

All O2 shops have blank sim cards in them so it may be worth visiting one and asking them to swap out your sim card. It can take up to 24 hours for your services to return.

Is anyone else in your area having issues using O2's Network ?

If you can download the MYO2Network App as this will allow you to report the masts in your zone.

4G is an awesome service when its available and in time your area will get it. I'm lucky enough to be using it now. 

Are you on a 4G tariff and have a 4G sim card now ?

I hear some people are getting free upgrades to 4g... does anyone no who qualifies for this. Soneone said they saw it as a free bolt on in a 02 shop but cant seem to find a link online for it... thank you

Did you do any pre checks on availability via the Service Status / searches ?

Its not good that a shop employee advised you was available if it was not.

It will be available in your area by close of 2015.

When I used the iPhone at rocester I got a great signal but the samsung is crap
