4g speeds

anyone noticed 4g speeds are much slower than they used to be,my 3g speeds are 10x faster than 4g,

Very normal for O2 in congested areas.

Upgrades are rolling out...... slowly.

@MI5 iv found out the reason for my slow 4g speeds its because my 5g mode is turned on under mobile networks I have turned this off and now my speeds are back to normal.im in contact with o2 about why could the 5g mode slow my 4g speeds when I'm connected to the same 4g mast but o2 havnt got a clue iv also contacted samsung about this but surprise surprise no response

Not sure why that should happen though.
