When is O2 4G coming to Reading? we are 38 minutes from London yet in some rural areas they have it.

Hi,

i've just gone through Basingstoke and 4G has popped up on my phone! I had a quick check via the Speednet website and got a speed of 6MBs!

Can anyone tell me if Basingstoke has officially got 4G, or is this some kind of wierd, test thats being carried out!?

Sounds like it's in test mode - You'd expect more speed than that when in full flow.

WelL I could have got excited yesterday. A network message to say "limited service today whilst they do necessary work" ...I thought Ooohhh it could be 4G....then wondered why I was bothered ....as I only have a 3G phone

I thought you meant 4G....
