4G but no 4G!

I take it some Business Tariffs are not 4G enabled yet?

The reason I'm asking is I got myself a cheap 4G enabled handset, and got a new 4G Sim from a store and managed to succesfully do a Sim Swap and everything seems to have transferred over apart from the 4G?

I've even checked that the settings have 4G Preferred enabled?

Checklist is:

4g phone
4g tariff
4g location.

All the tariffs are 4G now for business but whether there are legacy 3G tariffs I'm not sure. Have a look in My O2 for the tariff you are on.

No I don't live in a 4G area, but I did look and check when I was in a 4G area!

I guess the 4G on the top of my iPhone may indicate I have a 4G signal?
