Hi I recently joined O2. And the internet is running very slow, I’m using an iPhone 12. When I have 3g it doesn’t load any link, Facebook opens but then it freezes, when I have 4g is working but very slow, and only when I have 5g is working good but I can’t say is fast. Is there anyone experiencing the same problem?

This tends to happen when there are lots of people trying to use the network @Stephen71
There are some suggestions in the link below.
Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?
It includes reporting issues using the My Network app so that o2 can see where there are problems and if there is anything they can do.
