I recieved a message saying: -

Straight after I text I got the following reply:

 

Hi, Thanks for getting in touch about our Disney+ Extra offer.

However, at this time it looks like you're not eligible for this offer.

 

What is the pooint in even sending the message in the first place? Tried to get through to someone to discuss but it is almost impossible to chat with someone.

You need to text DISNEY3 to 21500
