I've had over £30 charged from this number. Has anyone tried and managed to stop these texts? They cost £1.25 each time. Help! Apparently it's from Tap2Bill.

Did anyone manage to get a refund from O2 for these messages?

You need to contact Tap2Bill. If you phone, call during working hours, or you can email customer.service@tap2bill.com. Give them the number that was charged and they should be able to tell you who was actually responsible.

@Adele4 O2 will allow you one free number change. Before you switch providers, make sure your signal is as good or better than you have now.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
