So ordered a Nintendo Switch on the 14th and am looking to return it. Got in contact with customer service tonight (27th) but was having issues with signal and kept getting disconnected. Will the 14 day period include the 28th? Also there are two statements on the returns sections which say "14 days of purchase" and "14 days of receiving". Any ideas which one it is?

Initially it was 14 days from purchase but that has probably changed now with all the delays from postal strikes and out of stock issues,
