I upgraded in June and was promised a code for £1.00 earbuds after 30 days.  This finally arrived two days ago.  I couldn't connect to the shopping site yesterday when I tried, which was my first opportunity to do so, and when I tried again today was informed the code had expired.  Is it normal for the codes to expire so quickly?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your accoun which can’t be done from here, as it shouldn't expire after 2 days. if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone
Thanks
