Just come back from Spain to £485 bill and this on it lots.

It's the message centre number. It will show on your bill when you send texts from abroad.

As for the costs, did the texts include pictures or emoji's?

I didn’t really text as I mainly use what’s app

Then you need to contact O2 as we have no access to your account.

Give O2 a call on 202 (contract) 4445 (payg) or 0344 809 0202.

I can't tell you that as I have no access to your account. I'm a customer like yourself so have no idea what those charges are for. Only O2 can tell you that.
