02 refresh upgrade Error

Hello can anyone please advise. I ordered online via refresh upgrade but in my email it says I ordered 2 phone although I only ordered 1 .i cant get through to 02 on any of the numbers and I'm freaking out with worry. Help

Try 0800 587 4005 first.

Thank you. I've tried 6 different numbers and various online resources to no avail. My anxiety is through the roof at this error. I 100% only ordered 1. I will try again first thing hopefully I've more luck. Thanks for replying
