why can i not speak with anyone online? i have been trying for weeks but always says that we are waiting to see if we have an available agent. does no one work on this department anymore?

@padbhoy try a different browser as there are problems with some of them.
Edge and Firefox seem OK.

We have heard from @Marjo (Community Manager) today. There has been an issue with live chat where the system gets stuck 'when 'searching for an agent'
It should be fixed this week...
Let's hope so. It seems to be one problem after another now
