A soft reset of the Boostbox may help but as there are so few of these about we don't see a lot of faults and fixes in the forum.

Well I can't find much else on these, you may have to ring O2 Business support on 8002.

Wait for 4 hours appears to be the limit of the advice given.
I had a link for support page but it's not reliable and there's nothing there that you don't know.

I don't know if you can get a refund on it as normally you would have to send it back within 7 working days, I assume it the same for business customers.
Have you tried asking for a replacement as it could be faulty?
