I can connect to an 02 WiFi hotspot and my phone recognises that it is a "fast" connection but thats about as far as it goes. I cannot access the Internet at all even to sign in as a customer to put in my mobile number. Does anybody have a fix for this please?
Oh and I've tried to "forget" the connection to reconnect but that doesn't seem to do anything.
Thanks for any help.

@DaveEvans

Have you tried other hotspots too.

There may be an issue with the one you are trying?

You could ask whoever looks after the wifi to reboot it wink

@DaveEvans

Are you getting an IP address when trying to connect to the wifi ?
Also remove any previous o2 wifi session / networks from your device and try again, as it could be that the phone thinks you have joined the same network (SSID) as a previous connection.
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
