Has anyone else received any response from the 02 Credit Referrals Team. I had placed an enquiry by email as that seems to be the only way to reach them, received a replt asking for more inforamtion on 7th Sept and nothing since. This is having a major impact on my credit file and my ability to remortgage and no one seems willing to assist in resolving. Is there a phone number of a direct chat available for this team??

The Credit Referrals Team are email contact only and usually have a 10 working day timescale to hear back from them. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to get any quicker update, sorry. They will be reviewing all relevant information and will contact you directly.
