Why is the 02 track and repair tracker never working? why when visiting store and telephoning on line do you get two different answer? why do i keep having to pay monthly when i dont have a phone because its being repaired?

Hi @Anonymous sorry to hear you've had trouble with tracking the repair.  How are you getting on with it today? Any progress?
