@gmarkj. It lets you put in the postcode and repair number but then comes up with repair not found.

@Toby - another issue with the repair tracking site.
As MI5 and Viridis stated earlier in the thread appears as though there are two different systems - or at least the one customers need to use doesn't work!!

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

I'd give CS a call and see if they can track it for you.

I did this and they finally gave me a number for the O2 repair centre but been on hold for about 20 mins and gave up. Going to again in a bit. But CS also said that there is a £25 charge they could see. This is for the LG G4 famous Bootloop issue. Phone was taken out on 24th Jan this year and on Monday this week bootloop caved in. Phone is in excellent condition as I look after my device with a case and screen protector so don't understand this. Feeling very frustrated and going to have to battle this one out to.

Never been anywhere near water. Even the O2 guru was surprised on how good the condition was.

Going to double check on this first. That is what CS said but want O2 repair centre to update as got text at about 11am today to advise that they got my device and is being worked on and will be back in touch soon. If there was a charge surely they would of contacted me by now to tell me this?
