It's the fact that they point to 2 different systems that's the problem. It's the complete old tracking system that needs shutting down so that all repairs can be booked on one system rather than it being a lottery.

Hi guys,

We now use this link:

https://diagnostics.o2.co.uk/track-my-repair/

Where exactly are you all finding the old link? We'll need to amend that.

If you take a phone in store for repair they book it on the old system which no one can track.

As for me...I have the old (dead) link stored in One Note...from a google link. If you type O2 Track repair into google you have loads of different options. This causes much confusion. This is just one..so all that needs looking at

There are two links from that webpage - one for standard repairs (o2.co.uk/repairs) which is did not load (connection refused) and another for platinum repairs (repairbooking.com/O2/TrackRepair) which comes back to a web purchasing site!!
Have you tried the link that Toby gave - https://diagnostics.o2.co.uk/track-my-repair/ - as this does load?
