I'm trying to pay off my device, but having trouble. I don't want to upgrade.......just pay it off

What trouble exactly?
Any error messages on screen?

Best and fastest way to pay off your device if you are not upgrading is via C.S. My O2 doesn't let you make addtional payments over your contractual monthly payment only pay off as part of the upgrade process.

You have to call C.S to pay off completely.
