Has anyone else been receiving strange texts from o2 with this below.

No, I haven't had one.
I suggest you call CS as instructed if you didn't request a sim swap.

Never had one like that at all. Even when my husband (who is with O2) did a sim swap last year he didnt get a text warning him ? Is this a change to the sim swap practice @Toby@Martin-O2?

It will be the code you need to progress a sim swap online but if the OP hasn't instigated a sim swap, CS should be contacted immediately.

Oh I see...then probably no need for Toby or Martin to get involved....Just contact customer services as you said...
