I placed an order for a new mobile and have received the legal documents voa email and an email containing my orser number does this mean i have been accepted. Thanks

I think so if you have clicked on the links to confirm the order. You will receive a text & email when your order is dispatched

We have heard of some getting a credit check refusal after this stage but in all probability you will be OK.
The only problem you may have is if the phone you've ordered is in stock or not, regardless of what the website says as it isn't a live system.
If you had asked here before ordering we'd have advised that you go in store to get your phone as it's all done on the spot and you can walk out with your new phone.
