Whatever you do never upgrade from a cold call. It's an O2 trusted partner but the term is so inappropriate. I would not trust any of them. You are sold a business contract which gives you less consumer rights, a three year contract and no cooling-off period.
As said block the number but expect other calls of this type because they all have your number.
Go into My O2 and change your preferences, unstick the marketing calls.

as you do not have a contract you will find it had to pass security but o2 may help . But the direct debit guarantees will help you @Anonymous
