@AnonymousI have looked it up and can only find one comment ...and the poster said it's a scam call
Best thing to do is block the number on your phone to stop unsolicited calls or report them
Just remember not to be coerced into a contract by any cold caller

in this thread you say o2 calling you as a fraud https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Off-topic/fraud/td-p/1088361
If there is a false charge on your bank account then query it with the bank then let them deal with it was it a direct debit or a card transaction ?

Actually on checking again 020833 is a prefix for an area in China....
So not to be trusted at all...Unless you know anyone in China who would call you?

the number is a london based uk number if dialed as in the op post.
Looks like it was registered to evoke digital on a web search ,
Only o2 customer services could verify the validity of the number http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

the number is working when u call they will say they are partner with 02
Then as I said previously do not deal with cold callers claiming to be O2. They are known as 'trusted partners' and you will probably end up with a contract that sounds good but actually isnt what you wanted at all. Just block the number and deal directly with O2 themselves
