Resolved! New Contract Sim Only

Hi, I recently took out a new contract with yourselves. In the offer it stated the extra (Amazon/Disneye etc) would be for 6 months however when I visit the site or app, it lists just 3 months. Why is this different? Thanks

Resolved! Code Limit Reached

I'm trying to upgrade, everytime I tried to finalise I got an error message at checkout. It now says code limited reached, does this reset after 24hrs or will I be fine to retry tomorrow morning? Thanks
