I intended to get o2 travel as a bolt on as I am going to the Azores which are part of Portugal if somewhat distant from the mainland. I contacted o2 and was told that they were not included in o2 travel. However they also told me that I could only have got the o2 travel bolt on  at the point of sale when I bought my phone - which is incorrect - so I am unsure of the information I have been given. Can anyone help please.

Yes, you can get O2 travel and yes Azores is classed as Portugal.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
