Turn off the voicemail on galaxy S7

I phoned 02 and chap told me to dial1760 to deactivate this didn't work. I saw a suggestion to try ##202# this didn't work either but my phone now won't ring and goes straight to voicemail! HELP!

Dial ##002# to deactivate divert all.
If you have tugo installed you need to turn off vm in the tugo app settings or try dialling 176002

I don't have tugo tried 176002 all I get is a beeping?

This is an interesting thread, I can not turn off voice mail on my Galaxy S7 either.

 

I have never had Tugo or any other O2 app installed on my phone either.

 

Did you manage to get a resolution to this @Anonymous
