Returning Incorrect items received

I ordered a 1metre and 2metre Apple Lightning to USB Cable but was sent a 1metre and 0.5metre.

I therefore need to return the 0.5 cable to then hopefully be sent the correct size. I've tried contacting o2

but they couldn't give me any info on where and how to return it!! Can anyone advise me please?

Normally you get a return label in the package but if you didn't get one customer service will have to tell you where and how to return the items.
If you used live chat, try calling instead
