Removing Spotify Payment from Phone Bill

After adding the monthly payment of Spotify to my monthly contract payment im really struggling to find how I can remove it now 😕 

 

Any help would be massively appreciated, Cheers.

Seems they say you can now cancel through the Spotify subscription page.
Open Spotify. Go to your account. Click on the cog, click on your plan, click cancel.

@AnonymousHow did you originally add it? Was it through Spotify or added as a bolt-on? If it was through Spotify you will have to contact them directly. If it was a bolt-on you can go to your My02 page and cancel it there.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I added it through o2 but upon going onto the Myo2 page i cant find anyway of cancelling it. It appears on my recent charges but doesnt show anyway of cancelling it. Cheers for the help though, Its appreciated .

You need to call o2 cs, Spotify is one of the worst for lack of user account control and instead make you chase up the operator which acts as account management in their eyes.

It has always been the way to cancel within Spotify.

I would have to agree that this is the easiest way to cancel the service - directly through Spotify.
Tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.

I guess many people take advantage of the free trial to decide if they want to continue with it and pay for it or not.....?
