Priority App voucher code not working

I am trying to use my voucher from the Priority app to buy tickets with 50% discount.  The Priority app says it is valid for another 18 days and 21 hours.  When you put the voucher in, it says "This offer code is no longer valid.  Please try and different offer code".  When I emailed the Sea Life centre, it told me it can do nothing and that I should go back to O2.  When I tried to speak to O2 on Live Chat they told me to speak to TicketMaster which has nothing to do with this offer as Ticketmaster do not sell tickets for any Merlin attractions.

Does this promotion simply not work????

Usually issues with the redemption lie with the supplier of the offer (in this case Merlin).

I used to work for a company that offered O2 Priority Moments (they don't do this now, and I don't work there now for the record), but we'd get emails from O2 asking why customers were refused the use of the codes and when we did audit trails it would be because the voucher had been used / the booking system thought the booking had completed / the system had timed out and not released the code back for use, etc etc.

I do know there are only a limited number of the Merlin codes available per day per attraction.
